These are the questions our account holders ask most frequently about rights, data handling and how our legal terms work in practice. Each answer reflects the current version of our policy.

The governing law depends on your location and the jurisdiction in which access is permitted under local law. The applicable jurisdiction is stated in the terms document version active at the time your account was opened or last amended.

Yes. Send a data access request to our support email with your account ID. We will compile and deliver all personal data we hold on you within 30 days, in a readable format, at no charge to you.

Submit a deletion request via email, citing your account ID and the specific data categories you want removed. We process these within 30 days, subject to any retention obligations imposed by Indian financial regulations that may apply to certain transaction records.

Payment identifiers are tokenised before storage. We retain only the token and transaction reference, not your full UPI handle or Paytm credentials. The payment processor handles the live transaction under its own security and privacy framework.
